Online Order Policies

Before making an online transaction, Trendy Tots invites you to carefully read the online purchase terms and conditions section. By purchasing an item on the Trendy Tots online store, you adhere to the online purchase terms and conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, all products displayed on our website are also available in our stores in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada. We do have a selection of products that are in-store that are not available on our online store.
While we have made every effort to present the products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that the colour representation on your computer screen is accurate. However, the description of the product and its composition and maintenance can help you in your choice.
We process orders as quickly as possible, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order if your order has not left our premises. The best way to change an order is to email us straight away, giving us as much detail as possible email@example.com
Once an order has been submitted it cannot be cancelled. If you want to cancel an order after placed online before it is shipped, delivered locally, or picked up Curbside it will be considered an exchange. Refer to our Exchange/Refund Policy for further details.
We work relentlessly to ensure accurate inventory levels. However, it may occur that an item, size or colour is not available when you order online. Therefore, an order may be cancelled or an item may not be delivered. Only delivered products will be billed and charged to your preauthorized payment method. No shipping fees will be charged if the amount of the products in your delivery does not meet the minimum requirements for free shipping or local delivery. We will contact you in advance if there are unavailable products giving you the opportunity to select a replacement product if you choose to do so.
Local Delivery (Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada area)
We will deliver your order on the date and time range that you selected at Check Out. It is advised that someone is available at your specified delivery address on the date and time frame selected to accept delivery. To take precautionary measures during Covid-19 we will generally knock on the door or ring door bell and place the order at your front door or near it. We make the best effort to keep your package hidden if you are not home; for example, placing order in mailbox, placing order in between doors, or placing it behind something in the door way area If someone does not pick up package while we are still there we will email or text message advising it has been delivered. Once we deliver your order to your door Trendy Tots will take no responsibility for packages that go missing from theft or get damaged from weather conditions. We understand if plans change so if you need to change your local delivery date please contact us in advance at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line.
If you selected Curbside Pickup at one of our stores in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada you will be emailed or text messaged further instructions prior to pick up date (minimum of four hours in advance). Currently, the only store doing Curbside Pickup is at Outlet Collection Winnipeg, 201 - 555 Sterling Lyon Parkway, Winnipeg, MB R3P 2T3 . The Curbside Pickup is done through the Food Court doors located on the back (north) side of the mall. There is a large EAT sign in the windows where the Curbside parking spots are located. Once you arrive at your selected date and time you will text message a number provided in the pickup instructions with your order number and preferably vehicle description color, make, model, and/or license place. We do our best to deliver to your vehicle within 5-10 minutes. We understand if plans change so if you need to change your Curbside Pickup date and time please contact us in advance at email@example.com with your order number in the subject line.
We do ship Worldwide. We strive to ship your orders in a timely matter which is generally (1-3 business days). All shipping orders originate from one of our three stores in Winnipeg, MB Canada. Please add 3 business days plus the estimated transit time Canada Post or FedEx provides for the selected service. If you selected a shipping service that provides tracking you will be provided the tracking number in a Shipping Confirmation email or text message.
International Orders are considered any order with a shipping address not in Canada. We can ship worldwide....no problem. However, we do not control the customs brokerage fees, duty, and other related import charges at your shipping destination country. These fees (if any) will be the responsibility of the buyer not Trendy Tots.
