What Happens After You Drop Off

Once your items are dropped off, they enter our processing queue. Every piece is individually reviewed for brand, condition, seasonality, and current demand. This careful evaluation allows us to maintain the quality and standards our customers expect.

Processing Timeline

Please allow 1–14 days for us to complete the review of your items and send your offer. During busier periods, processing times may be closer to the 14-day mark. We kindly ask that you wait for your offer notification before reaching out for an update, as this helps us stay focused on reviewing items efficiently.

Once your items have been processed, you will receive your offer via email. At that time, you can choose to:

• Accept the offer

• Pick up any items we are unable to accept

• Or have unaccepted items donated on your behalf (if applicable)

We know waiting isn’t always easy, but this timeframe allows us to thoughtfully review every item and provide fair, accurate offers.
