Trendy Tots will gladly exchange or provide a store credit in the form of a gift card for your items within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure the price tags are attached and the items are unworn and unwashed. We reserve the right to decline an exchange if the item does not meet our standards. All exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt, gift receipt or proof of purchase.
All sale items are final sale.
Any order placed online with a cancellation request will be refunded to store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

Local Delivery (Winnipeg, MB area) online orders:
Your 14 days exchange time period starts on the day your order was delivered. You can exchange in-store or shipping your items for exchange is an option but the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and the shipping of any exchange items back to the customer is the responsibility of the customer.

Your 14 days exchange time period starts on the day your order was delivered to the shipping address provided.
If you live in the Winnipeg, MB Canada area or close by you can exchange in-store at any location.
Canada Post and other couriers do not provide free or discounted return shipping labels therefore shipping your items for exchange is an option but the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
The shipping of any exchange items back to the customer is also the responsibility of the customer.
